The Garden continues to amaze me. Now its July, and there are so many beautiful blooms.

The milkweed provided a place for the butterflies to transform, and now the Garden is filled with them. No matter the time of day, you can find three or four butterflies fluttering around.

This is our second year staying in this community. Where we have beach access and a giant pool.

With the Garden thriving, I was worried about leaving it, but we’re heading to the beach for the week. I gave the garden a good drink and left detailed instructions for my uncle. We then packed up and headed south.

We spent the days on the beach, where nothing compares to roasting in the sand while listening to the waves crash.

At night, we enjoyed dinner, wandered around town, and grabbed a sweet treat.

Some nights, we even made it to the beach to watch the stars.

I found these glasses in the sand and felt so dude bro ;)

This was our first trip together as a family, and we shared lots of laughs and smiles. Even Lily joined us!

Overall, the trip was a huge success!!

As soon as I got back home, I ran straight to the Garden. To my surprise everything was still alive and thriving. The pumpkins were orange, and ready to harvest.

The flowers had fresh blooms and the butterflies were still fluttering about.

The rest of the month I took it easy and enjoyed my surroundings. I spent my time being creative. Setting a goal to do something artistic first thing in the morning. This led to most mornings starting outside, painting.

Each day presented a new opportunity to create, and it was so refreshing!

I’m extremely thankful for the life I get to live and the people I get to share it with.
